FATAL COLLISION ON BILBY ROAD
ELK GROVE, CA – A 19-year-old driver died in an early morning single-vehicle collision on Bilby Road near Willard Parkway.
Around 12:44 a.m., the driver, and sole occupant, of a white Honda Accord was driving westbound on Bilby Road at a high rate of speed when the vehicle stuck the curb and then hit a tree.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office will make identification of the deceased.
