Strategic Planning Committee

 

The Elk Grove Police Department has established a committee to compile a Strategic Plan for the Future.  This plan includes our Mission, our Values and how we will approach the future to ensure we remain a premier law enforcement agency.

As the plan moves forward, we will moving out in the community to solicit input on programs and strategies.  We have made it clear that no idea will be summarily rejected and look forward to receiving feedback.

The Strategic Planning Committee Members have been meeting every two weeks since October 2004.  The members are:
