Spay Day 2012
The Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (SAAC) will provide hundreds of low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats belonging to income-qualified residents. Elk Grove residents are eligible and will pay just $15/cat and $20/dog. The appointment application goes live on Saturday, January 21, 2012
