AT-RISK MISSING JUVENILE

 

ELK GROVE, CA – The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating an at-risk missing juvenile, 13-year-old Layla Black (photo attached).

 

Layla ran away from home on Wednesday, December 5, 2019, around 8:00 in the evening. Layla Black is considered at risk due to her age and for a health condition that requires prescription medication.

 

Layla is described as an African American female juvenile, 5'3", 103 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and floral print shorts. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Layla Black is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246.
